Yazmin Carpio

Associate

Yazmín didn’t always know she wanted to be a lawyer. After earning degrees in Kinesiology and Psychology from California State University, Sacramento, she spent several years in the workforce, where life humbled her in ways no textbook ever could. Those experiences sparked a passion for helping others navigate and avoid similar challenges, eventually leading her to pursue a law degree at Lincoln Law School.

Now practicing labor and employment law, Yazmín focuses on providing thoughtful and practical solutions to her clients.

Outside of work, Yazmín enjoys hiking with her three oversized dogs, reading a good book, and staying active through CrossFit, hot yoga, and spin. An introverted lawyer in a sea of extroverts, she values quiet moments with family and close friends and brings the same grounded approach to her work every day.
