A Win in a Malpractice Case

Shareholder Chad Tapp and associate Joceline Herman won a Motion for Summary Judgment involving a statute of limitations defense on behalf of a law firm client. Attorneys Tapp and Herman were also successful in obtaining attorney’s fees for the client pursuant to the attorney-client fee agreement.
