Colleen R. Howard Elected Firm Shareholder

Porter Scott is pleased to announce that Colleen R. Howard has been elected a shareholder of the firm effective January 1, 2016.

Colleen represents public and private clients in a variety of legal matters including premises liability, product liability, employment harassment and discrimination, and civil rights. She has tried cases in both state and federal court, and at the trial and appellate levels. She has been named one of Northern California Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars for 2013, 2014, and 2015. Colleen is also active in the community, having served as a board member of the Barristers’ Club of Sacramento and the Asian/Pacific Bar Association of Sacramento. Outside of the office, Colleen and her husband spend their time chasing their two-year-old daughter, or pleading for more sleep from their five-month-old son.
