David joined the firm in 2006 after graduating from McGeorge School of Law with great distinction and serving as a law clerk to the Hon. Earl H. Carroll in the U.S. District Court for Arizona. He will continue to focus his practice on employment, civil rights, and Title IX sports litigation for public and private sector clients. This has been a year of significant accomplishments for David. In addition to becoming a shareholder, he obtained a verdict in favor of his clients in his first solo jury trial.
