Fourth District Court of Appeal Publishes Trail Immunity Decision

Associate Matt Gross successfully affirmed a summary judgment ruling for the County of Inyo and City of Los Angeles in the Fourth District Court of Appeal. In a recent published decision, Brady Helm v. City of Los Angeles, et al., 101 Cal.App.5^th 1219, the Court determined that the County and City were entitled to trail immunity under Government Code § 831.4 for a condition of the trail in a County park.
