On March 20, 2013, Jon Corr received a defense verdict from the jury in Yolo County Superior Court on behalf of a well known hospital. The jury voted 12-0 in favor of the hospital finding no liability. Plaintiff had been admitted to the hospital with pneumonia and contracted clostridium difficile bacterium.
