PS Attorney voted into ABOTA

On October 18th, 2018, Carl Fessenden was voted into ABOTA’s Sacramento Valley Chapter as a member. Fessenden is the 14th Porter Scott attorney to be honored with ABOTA membership.

The primary purpose of The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) is the preservation of the civil jury trial, “Justice by the People.” ABOTA champions attorneys who display skill, civility and integrity, to help younger attorneys achieve a higher level of trial advocacy and to educate the public about the vital importance of the Seventh Amendment.
