Originally from Naperville, Illinois outside of Chicago, Noel brings a broad perspective to her legal practice having earned her undergraduate degree at Syracuse University in upstate New York before pursuing law school in Santa Clara, California. Her journey across different regions has shaped her into an open-minded attorney eager to understand and incorporate a variety of viewpoints. Noel is not afraid to take on new challenges as demonstrated by completing the Chicago, San Francisco, and two Syracuse marathons. She embodies the same determination and competitive drive to her legal career.
